If you don't mind "stolen" episodes, then probably.
There are some episodes that are clearly taped off TV and uploaded while others look like they were uploaded from DVDs. To me, the former is less stolen than the latter, but you may disagree.

What is the difference whether someone tapes or tivos the show themselves. Has their friend do it and give it to them, or download the show "illegally".
IMHO once it is broadcast on TV it is fair game and CERTAINLY fair use...
Now with HD broadcasts there isn't even much difference between a TV rip and a DVD rip...
