Okay, I just have to say this: it is INCREDIBLY irritating that people go into the apple store to use their free internet, and then sit there for an hour on their demo computers. It means that paying customers who want to preview the product don't get the chance, because some yutz wants to check out his MySpace page or putz around with the PhotoBooth feature. Practically every time I have gone in, I've needed to have a salesperson pull someone off the computer they're using to do homework, email friends, or surf the web so that I can see the machine TO BUY IT. Deciding to check your mail while you're there is one thing; pulling up a stool and taking up the computer for an hour is not cool.

come at night -- it's empty. You'll get to choose from over 100 systems to use..
Regarding sales -- if you make an appointment - you'll get your salesrep and system, plus there is the genius bar - an area with specialists and computers specifically for any issues customers have.. or need help with.

I can't come at night when I have a child that I need to be home with. Nor do I think I should have to reserve a computer and sales rep in advance just because some jerk won't get off the machine he's using to take webcam pics with.

we can open up a new topic if you wish... but let's just finish it.. I understand your frustration, however when I said making an appointment - you can make it right on the spot and plus the genius bar is available for any help..
