I feel totally scammed!!!! I was eating these things (6 oz dixie cups) thinking they are just 63 calories not realizing there were two servings per dixie cup!! How crazy is that?!?!
Shuli
They're not the first one to pull that. Technically, the servings can be whatever size they want, and if they're marketing it davka as a way to lose weight, of course they'll fudge the numbers where they can. I'm inclined to say "this is what you get for eating sugar-free ice cream". tongue.gif

If I was bored I could probably pull it off. I've been eating them while dieting and I've often been unsuccessful losing weight. I can sue for emotional stress and counseling costs as well. Unfortunately, extra time is something I seriously lack.

It's a bit like those Israeli diet yoghurts by Tara. It says they have 45 calories (per 100 g), and only if you look really hard does it say that each yoghurt is in fact 150 g). Still not bad but not quite as good as we thought!

Its probably not the extra 63 calories thats making a difference. There are many studies that indicate that artificial sweeteners actually slow down metabolism. You are better off eating the real thing.
Pinchas
Been there, done that!

I haven't found that to be true but I have found out that these things give me terrible stomache pains so I gotta stop eating them (too much artificial sweetner seems to do that to me).
