i'm used to seeing deli roll or white potatos in the various menus posted here. how about some low-fat alternatives?
Lemon Salmon
salt
pepper
lemon
2 pieces of salmon
rinse off the salmon, put salt and pepper (and dill weed, if you're feeling adventurous) on it, layer some thinly sliced lemon along the top, wrap it in tin foil, and cook it for 15 - 20 min, depending on the thickness.
alt #1: you can sprinkle a little olive oil just before you wrap it
alt #2: you can squeeze some lemon juice over the fish before wrapping.
usually served with a huge salad and sometimes bread or matza.
