The nisayon of America in a sentence. Not bad.

Wake up late. shower, exercise, drink coffee, go online - not in that order.
Go to butcher, grocery store, and dollar store - again, not in that order.
Eat lunch. Flake until time to make dinner.
Fight with kids in evening.

I don't think he lives in the USA.
My day really depends on the time of year. I try to do some work outside in the morning - lawn mowing, gardening, branch/leaf removal - and then watch sports in the afternoon. At night I watch FOX cartoons and/or more sports. Interspersed throughout is doing things with my wife.

The fact that he does not live in the USA has no bearing on my assessment of his post.
I don't do much work outside - benefit of renting an apartment. Major benefit, come to think of it. What would you do without a TV?

I wake up early, go to the gym all morning.
Maybe do a bit of grocery shopping afterwards, then come home and make lunch.
Clean up a bit from shabbos, do dishes, sometimes help with outdoor work/gardening.
I'm usually tired from the morning at the gym, so I'll try and take a nap, but usually won't fall asleep and will just watch TV or read.

On a usual Sunday, dh and I spend the day together. Watch a movie, visit friends or family, go to central park, etc. Boring, yet relaxing.

Take care of baby x infinity. Run out to library/dentist/supermarket while husband watches baby. Sometimes go places with husband + baby (last week we went to a moving sale. Now I'm hooked). Clean bathroom or some other room.

I don't mind. I like doing things outside. I don't know what I would do without a TV. I get very scared when the power goes out.

Traditionally that might be a good time to do things with your wife, which you listed above as one of your Sunday activities anyway.

Gail my trainer comes at 09.15 on a Sunday so I am up by 8 ish, daven, have breakfast, then have an hour's workout with her. The entire rest of the day is interspersed with frequent walks on my treadmill whenever I have a spare half hour or so.
After that very often one or other (or more!) of my daughters comes around with their kids, so we'll chat over a cup of tea, and I'll play with my grandchildren. NB they don't only come over on a Sunday. Most mornings they will use me as the local coffee shop. And often during the day as a free supermarket if they run out of something vital. Despite what it sounds like, I LOVE it.
This Sunday my youngest daughter is coming over to help me learn my lines for the play I am in with 3 of my daughters.
I am lucky that I have a cleaning lady who has been with me for many years so she handles the housework and laundry.
I like to go out shopping but the mall doesn't open till 12 on Sundays so I might go online for a while, do local food shopping, or walk up Golders Green Road which opens at 11 on Sundays. (We have Sunday trading laws here in the UK, so big stores aren't allowed to open more than say from 11-5 or 12-6).
I make lunch for me and DH. Then I might take a nap, or if we have simchas to go to, like vorts or barmitzvahs, which happens frequently, we'll do that before or after my nap. At 6 pm Sundays is open hours for DH to see meshulochim. He gives tzedoko constantly during the week of course but this is open hours for anyone to come, as long as they have a Vaad Hatzedoko certificate. (if they have no certificate they'll get a donation too but much smaller). We have a guy Yossi who helps DH out during this period, controls the crowds, takes their Vaad Hatzedoko certificates and checks them. Yossi actually is the boss of the London Vaad Hatzdoko so a better placed doorman would be hard to find. He knows who is genuine and who isn't.
After that's over we have supper, and then DH rushes out to give a shiur. I usually go online once he goes out, or watch TV or do both together (TV card on computer). Often we have other vorts etc, to attend, sometimes I wait for DH to come back from the shiur at around 9.30 pm, so we go together but if I'm too tired I go by myself while he's out.

Basically

My baby crawls up to me or my husband and basically lets us know he wants in. One of us carries him to his bed and he leaps in.
Older son only allows Abba to put him to sleep.

Not if you already have the car. (although at a certain point, we went out and bought a washer/dryer to avoid the hassle of shlepping)

Not if there is no way to put one in your apartment.
And not if you need a car for other purposes.
There are basement laundry facilities, but it costs $$, needs to be shared, door is a pain to shlep things as it doesn't stay open, and you need 2 hands to open it....my kids enjoy playing by Bubby and Zaidy. The only sacrifice is that I have to do it every Sunday.

I assume the car is used for other purposes as well...
And I made a cheshbon, it would take me YEARS for a washer/dryer to pay for itself, and that is not taking into account the hassle of having to wash and fold the laundry myself....
It's just NOT worth it....

I often run this activity with my prenatal classes. Ask them how they spend their average sunday before baby is born; generally sleeping late, lazing around, shopping, tv and having meals with friends. Then I invite a couple from my previous course along with their newborn and ask them to tell the group what Sundays are like for them now. It usually begins with something like "get up at 4 a.m....."
