How low could a neckline be halachicaly? could the midriff be exposed?

I surmise either they were two unconnected questions, or the word "midriff" was used incorrectly.....

A friend of mine who was selling clothing asked Rav Heineman what the most maykil shita would be on a neckline. She told me he said (notice the third hand source here) that the most maykil shita within halacha is a tefach below the collarbone.

I seem to recall from Halichos Bas Yisrael that the collarbone is the neckline delineation for Das Moshe. Midriff is the torso, and all torso is not allowed to be exposed al pi Das Moshe. I'll try to look up a source when I get home.

could s/o answer the question instead of dissing me, i know this is a serious board and i am 100% serious , i also know it is a sensitive topic but this has been bugging me for some time , i repeat : when i am home with wife and kid ( possibility of anyone walking in at any time) could my wife expose her breasts and if so how much, (all or partial)? how about for nursing the kid?
