Ok, so basically we are working a around 20 different projects at the moment, most are elated to feeding the poor but also some are to help certain small communities. Zimbabwe is one place that the Jewish community are mainly over the age of 70 and can't leave but yet have run out of everything supplies wise.

One project we working on is Uganda. Helping a community there, who lack everything. A poultry farm was just built for them by US donors. These guys are not halachikly Jewish but are going to convert(there is an orthodox beis din ready) when the mikva,shul and library have been built. We are working on funding for these projects and a few others.
One thing we are working on is sending seforim up there, we have a list of some seforim to start with as we sent through siddurim and chumashim already.
