Does anyone have a good recipe for (cream of) celery soup?
I have a ton of celery here, and i want to put it to good use. I don't mind making the 'cream of' version, since i would use soya milk if appropriate.
Any recipes please?

cholentpot - thanks for pm, but i really want to get rid of this celery, cream of spinach won't shift this celery!
Looks like its not such a popular soup...
