Torah scholars fast on Mondays and Tuesdays until a month after tekufat Nissan. Is that tekufat Adda or Tekufat Shemuel? Because if it's the latter, then a month after Tekufat Nissan can still be before pesach and while we are still saying ve-tein tal umatar.
