challenge: make a 3 course dinner
- 3 course = appetizer, main dish, dessert
- can be milk or meat
- can't take more than an hour total for prep time
- you may not use the following ing (b/c of allergies, bugs, diets etc):
no bleached white flour (whole wheat flour ok)
no processed white sugar
no white potatoes, tomatoes, eggplants, peppers (even as a spice), cherries
no strawberries, broccoli, peas, or corn-
appetizer- salmon with olive oil and za'atar with a small balsamic spinach salad on the side
main dish- marinated beef skewers with onions and mushrooms on a bed of spiced quinoa, with a side of broiled/grilled/roasted zucchini and yellow squash or acorn squash drizzled with real maple syrup
dessert- pareve chocolate mousse made with splenda or stevia (never used it, though) or fresh fruit platter
