1. Marijuana
2. LSD
3. Psilocybe containing mushrooms
4. Ecstasy (MDMA)
I think the following currently legal substances should remain legal:
1. Salvia
As for things like Cocaine, Meth, Heroin, and other similar substances that ruin someone's health, they should either remain illegal, or be given out to adults who sign an acknowledgement that they understand they are wilfully taking deadly substances. In a similar vein, poison such as cyanide should be available. If people want to kill themselves, it's their choice how. If they want to kill others, that's a problem. But if we were to prevent the sale of anything that could kill others, we would have to also not sell knives, forks, baseball bats, rope, etc.
