I don't think it rocks.

As for the cluttered argument - I hear you, but a lot depends on how you arrange what's on the shelves.

oh. i thought the curviture meant it rocked, but i see that it doesn't. which automatically puts it into "boring" category for me. i only like chairs that rock, slide, or otherwise move.
Very Lucky Guy
First, kudos to the aidel maidel dressed very tzniously in black.

Second, it isn't so bad. Not to my taste, but I think a trendy person in an apartment decorated with a funky look could make it work.

Spot
the chair itself looks to be about the same comfort level of a park bench.
i don't like the shelves on the sides though. i assume the shelves go all the way around and the chair is symmetrical? i usually like things that are 2-in-1 (like a clock that's also a mirror) but i don't like this combo. you can't browse the books without getting on the floor.

I dislike curves and angles that have neither rhyme or reason. In this case, if it was truly a rocking chair, I would consider it as possibly acceptable. As it is, it's just cutesy. It gets points for being wood, though.
