There are many wounded students. Witnesses described one or more gunmen who fired in all directions as well as a suicide killer wearing a bomb vest storming the four-storey building. In an exchange of fire which followed the attack Thursday night, March 6, one or two terrorists were shot dead. Heavy police and counter-terror forces are scouring the building and neighborhood as dozens of ambulances head for the Yeshiva seminary.

That Haaretz article also censored out what the guy who shot the terrorist said on channel 2.
Arutz-7 reported it:
Asked by a Channel 2 TV reporter what weapon the Palestinian Authority terrorist had, Dadon said, "A Kalachnikov," and turning to the camera, he angrily added, "The Kalachnikov that you gave him, President Peres..." I was at another Yeshiva about a mile away when we heard all the ambulances and we stop learning and started saying tehillim. There is a helicopter flying overhead.

i was driving in the neighborhood half an hour ago, one look at the face of an ambulance driver returning from the hospital, said it all!
Note:
the past intifada started right after Barak ,as prime minister, said that there will be a secular revolution in Israel, Today ,as defense minister, he said the exact same thing!

I watched the YouTube video and was able to understand a bit. The student who shot the terrorist was 40 years old?
At least "moderate Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas condemned the shooting," according to an
AP article by a guy named Aron Heller, who despite his nice Jewish name called the terrorist pig dog scum a "militant." That's better than Arafat and Hanan Ashrawi, who always said things like, "the anger of the people is understandable."
The article also notes that "thousands of Palestinians took to the streets of Gaza to celebrate," and then said that "Israeli government spokesman Mark Regev . . .told The Associated Press[,] 'It is clear that those people celebrating this bloodshed have shown themselves to be not only the enemies of Israel but of all of humanity.' " If that were true, then Israel should have dropped napalm on those celebrating. [But of course it is not true, for if Israel were to bomb those demonstrations, the world would harshly condemn and punish Israel.]

Apparently the

I don't think it really matters who condemns this, or how or if revenge is taken.* The priorities right now should be for everyone in EY to take the necessary precautions, and be alert; for those who can do chessed to the injured or the families of the those who died hy'd to do so; and for everyone to daven to Hashem...
*PS Hashem's revenge is always the most furious, so I guess we should leave that up to Him.

'He saw the terrorist shooting, and with amazing resourcefulness he went into one of the rooms and managed to kill him,' he said."
So what about the video of the 40-year-old who said that he laid down on the roof of the library and shot the terrorist twice in the head? Was he also involved in stopping the terrorist, or was he just telling tall tales?

Not the same person. He was shot by two people. The other guy shot him first and the terrorist fell down then this guy finished him off. (For all we know the other guys shots might have been enough to kill him.)
Bezalel99
Mar 8 2008, 10:26 PM
"He was shot and killed by Yitzhak Dadon, an off-duty army officer, who occasionally studied at the seminary. “He came out of the library spraying automatic fire ... the terrorist came to the entrance and I shot him twice in the head,” said Mr Dadon, who, like many Israeli men, carries a weapon at all times."
http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/worl...icle3508730.eceSo he is getting credit for stopping the terrorist. It's too bad that the articles don't mention his diatribe against the terrorist's co-conspirator, Shimon Peres.

Yeah, the Israeli Media blacked that out almost IMMEDIATELY. They "mysteriously" cut that part of the interview out on ALL subsequent broadcasts.....
Also they keep trying to play up the fact that this guy was an "IDF Officer" and not some guy sitting and learning in the Yeshiva. G-d forbid salvation should come from some "Dos", who sits and learns in his spare time....
