We also had Rabbi (?)Don Segel, who claimed that the terror attack came as punishment to Religious Zionism.

I put the question mark there because it is possible that Nazi Kartaniks are behind this one and not Satmar, though I wouldn't be surprised if they were.

You're a complete idiot. A"T condemned the attack unequivocally and without a word about Zionism and whathaveyou (some people got very disappointed). Rabbi Don Segal of OK concocted his own drusha which stole some words from NK's vocabulary and wrote that RZ and others are at fault because they are swaying away from the Zionist ideals. He translated Sholosh Shvuos as the opposite of their meaning, and basically said that because RZ aren't RZ enough, the boys got killed.

Meanwhile, A"T said that they were killed while learning a blatt Gemoro, and it's not the time for politics and they died on Kiddush H'. I'm not his biggest fan, but this is just Internet stupidity.
