She's still in the hospital and the doctors still don't know what is causing the problems.

how long are they gonna be keeping her? is she feeling OK now?

The doctor said he'll keep her until he figures out what is causing the symptoms and treats it. She's feeling better, but the test results still show problems, and of course it's scary when doctors are running all sorts of tests but won't say what the problem is.

may they figure it out and treat it real soon.

Personal opinion: If they suspect something, they should be upfront about it.
