The case of a young woman who died of alcohol poisoning after drinking in an Edmonton-area bar is part of a criminal investigation separate from the liquor act charge laid against the bar that allegedly overserved her.
DIED AT HOME
Tammy Kobylka, 22, was pronounced dead at her home in Calmar last Oct. 7.
Tests show her blood-alcohol level was five times over the legal limit for driving.
RCMP have charged Skip's Bar of Calmar with one count under Alberta's Gaming and Liquor Act.
