Anyone have a good pareve, margarine and coffee free spice cake recipe?
I could use applesauce instead of oil, but not sure it works well to substitute that for margarine.
And I don't own coffee and have no interest in buying some to use.
Duncan Hines is not an option, though I love their spice cake.
(And, yes, I have googled...)

I have one for avocado spice cake...want?
That's ok. I prefer my avocados not baked.
I was thinking of making http://www.mothering.com/sections/recipes/...ce-muffins.html which are really muffins, but they have spices...and relatively healthy.
