Does your synagogue use a Microphone for reading the meggilah? if not, do you know of ones that do?

Mine certainly doesn't but there's no reason they would need to since it's not a mega-shul and we can all hear davening, Torah reading, etc. just fine.

I was talking to a neighbor who said that she went to a place last year that used a microphone. She was upset by it and won't be going there again (she doesn't belong to that shul but she heard they had good Purim programming for kids there.)
