How do you prepare meals the week before Pesach?

I'm usually in middle of cleaning the kitchen that week, so the stove/oven are out of commission, and I don't want to start making pots and dishes dirty. We end up eating takeout which is very expensive, not to mention that there's no place to eat it as the places are crowded and we don't have an EIK. One year I prepared meals in advance and froze them in foil pans, but the foil pans are not airtight and also impart a metallic taste to the food, so it all tasted awful. But if I freeze them in non-foil pans I have the same problem of washing pots which I prefer to avoid.

Any ideas? For this year I really need meal ideas for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. For Sunday we can eat Shabbos leftovers and by Thursday the kitchen will be Pesachdik and I'll cook a Pesach'dik meal. I don't want to cook pesach'dik earlier than Thursday because it's hard enough eating Pesach food for a week, let alone two.

Line the pan with parchment paper.

Classic
Freeze the food in plastic bags/disposable plastic containers, and then transfer to foil pans before eating.

Thanks for the tips.

Now, any ideas for easy, freezer friendly recipes? Can be chometz if not too crumbly.

B'H I have never made Pesach, however, I can tell you what is done at the two sets of parents.

One set basically eats out every day/night (usually once a day and theres some bagels/bread available on outside porch and can use other foods (tuna/pb etc) that can be disposable out there.

The other set has a little 2 burner electric stove that you plug in and on this has been made chicken soup, stir-fries, shnitzel, etc. It is all allocated to one corner of the basement which is fairly easy to cover up and not use for Pesach, even if not cleaned (it's basically where all the chometz pots/pans get stored). Often this set may go out once on that week, but not as much as the other.

Don't want to do takeout.

Where's outside? I live in a 3rd floor walkup apartment. Do you mean the fire escape?
